Personality test

I don't think I ever mention here that GB's blog is actually the aspiration for this blog, and I have been reading his blog for ages. There is a post about a persionaliy test; these sort of tests are quite interesting as it can give another perspective of looking at myself. A few years ago, there was a personal development workshop, and everyone got to take a similar test at uni. The whole point was to raise an awareness that each of us has strengths and weaknesses, we need to work together as a team to bring out all the strengths.
